Bisco Misr to delist from Egypt Bourse upon US Kellogg's Request

Egyptian biscuit maker Bisco Misr's board has approved a voluntary delisting from the Egyptian stock exchange (EGX) as requested by controlling shareholder US company Kellogg, the company said on Wednesday.
